Phenomenail™ UNIGEL-X is a versatile gel developed to work as both a base and a buildable gel, giving nail professionals the flexibility to adapt their application to the client in front of them.

Each lightweight bottle contains 14g of HEMA and TPO FREE product. UNIGEL-X has been designed and developed from the ground up to give nail professionals the versatility and performance needed for both salon and mobile services, while keeping professional quality both affordable and accessible.

More than just a base.

Use it as a thin base layer beneath your M.E.T.A PRO GEL system; including as the base for our PIGM-A Gel Polish system; build with it to add additional strength and structure to the natural nail, use it to apply full-cover tips, or pair it with STRUCT-R Hard Gel to create a system tailored to clients who need a little more help with adhesion and longevity.

But there’s another reason we’ve paired the two.

UNIGEL-X is soak-off, while STRUCT-R is a file-off hard gel. When the two are used together, STRUCT-R can be carefully filed back to the UNIGEL-X layer before the remaining product is soaked off.

This gives nail professionals greater flexibility when choosing an application and removal system for individual clients.

UNIGEL-X isn’t limited to being applied as a thin base.

Its buildable consistency allows you to add strength and structure to natural nails, making it ideal for clients who need more support than a traditional base gel alone.

UNIGEL-X is a slightly more flexible gel than STRUCT-R, making it particularly well suited to natural nail overlays where a degree of flexibility can be beneficial.

It’s also a great option for supporting clients while they grow out their natural nails, before progressing to STRUCT-R when additional strength and support becomes appropriate as the nails gain length.

Unlike STRUCT-R, UNIGEL-X is a soak-off gel, giving nail professionals greater flexibility when planning both the service and its eventual removal.

Used independently, UNIGEL-X can be removed using the appropriate soak-off process.

Used beneath STRUCT-R, it creates a soak-off foundation, allowing STRUCT-R to be carefully filed back to the UNIGEL-X layer before the remaining product is soaked off. This can help reduce the amount of file-off product requiring removal.

UNIGEL-X is also ideal for the application of full-cover nail tips, providing excellent adhesion and longevity while retaining the benefits of a soak-off system.

Our gel formulas have been manufactured and tested for curing across a compatible range of professional LED/UV lamps and are approved for use with lamps operating across 365–405nm wavelengths with a reflective base.

Cure time: 60 seconds.
