1. Shipping Destinations

Phenomenail® currently ships exclusively within the United Kingdom mainland.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receiving payment.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays.

During busy periods, product launches and seasonal holidays, processing times may be extended.

3. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are dispatched using a 48-hour tracked delivery service.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information.

Please note that the 48-hour delivery timeframe is an estimated carrier service aim and is not guaranteed. Delivery times are calculated from dispatch, not from the date an order is placed.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

5. Delivery Delays

Occasional delays may occur due to courier disruptions, adverse weather, seasonal demand or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your delivery is significantly delayed or has not arrived, please contact us so we can investigate.

Your applicable statutory delivery rights remain unaffected.

6. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout.

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee amendments once an order has been processed or dispatched.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us promptly.

For damaged deliveries, please retain the original packaging and provide photographs where possible.

We will investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
